To assist us in responding to your request, please ensure that your correspondence includes the following information:
- Organization Name
- Tax ID Number (if available)
- Contact Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Event for which donation is being requested
- Date of Event
- Type of Request (In-Kind Donation, Sponsorship, etc.)
- How the donation will be used
- Has Biaggi’s donated to your organization in the past? (If yes, when?)*
Please note that due to the volume of request that we receive all requests must be received at least four weeks in advance of the event date in order to be considered. It is not necessary to follow-up with a phone call to determine the status of your request; we make every effort to respond to requests as quickly as possible.
*Past support of an organization or event does not guarantee future support. Although we would like to support every worthwhile cause, it is simply not possible to fulfill every request.
