Biaggi’s
Introduces Low-Carb Menu Items
Bloomington,
IL - Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano first opened in early 1999 with a
single restaurant and a simple mission: to serve authentic, freshly
prepared Italian cuisine, in a warm and friendly environment, with
outstanding service and affordable prices. The restaurants have
built a broad base of loyal customers, using a combination of
authentic, chef-prepared recipes, outstanding service, a refined yet
family-friendly atmosphere, and overall affordability by offering a
wide range of Italian dishes, including salads, pastas, fresh fish,
seafood, steaks, pizza, desserts, and an extensive selection of
Italian and American wines. The fifteen restaurants update their
menus regularly, reflecting the Biaggi’s goal of always having
something new to offer its customers. One of the most recent changes
includes offering specific low–carb entrées for lunch and dinner.
The low carb entrée menu, rolled out in the restaurants
Wednesday, includes the following selections:
Grilled Chicken
Parmesan
– Two 4 oz. herb marinated chicken breasts grilled and topped with
fresh marinara sauce and a four cheese blend. Served fresh with
sautéed vegetables.
Chicken Pietro
– Grilled chicken breast marinated in dijon mustard, rosemary,
garlic, honey, and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Served with
portabello mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
Chilean Sea Bass, Tilapia or Herb Crusted Salmon
– Your choice of a fresh, hand-cut fillet that has been brushed with
her-garlic oil and seared on iron. Served with cauliflower mashers
and sautéed broccoli.
Chicken alla Emilia
– Grilled tender breast of chicken stuffed with fontina cheese,
Italian cured ham and spinach. Served with cauliflower mashers and
tender asparagus.
K.C. Veal Strip
– Grilled 12 oz. bone-in veal strip steak served with a delicate
wild mushroom demi-glace cream and sautéed broccoli.
N.Y. Strip
– Aged center cut N.Y. strip, seasoned with garlic and herbs,
grilled and served with sautéed vegetables and cauliflower mashers.
Fillet Mignon
– An 8 oz. fillet mignon grilled to perfection and topped with a
mild parmesan and gorgonzola butter. Served with tender sautéed
asparagus and cauliflower mashers.
