Named to 15 Chefs to Watch List.

Corporate Executive Chef of Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, a group of
award-winning restaurants that’s growing nationwide, was named to
the 15 Chefs to Watch List published by Restaurants & Institutions
Magazine. Peter was recognized in the article, “for his philosophy
of not masking natural flavors, but accentuating them through
high-quality, fresh ingredients and straightforward preparations.”
Schonman
is a co-founder of Biaggi’s and has helped Biaggi's build a loyal
customer following with dishes that include a wide range of
