Biaggi’s: New Location and New Menu
Bloomington, IL - Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano, a
family of award-winning restaurants, expands to 15 restaurants with
the most recent opening scheduled for June 7 at The Gateway in Salt
Lake City, Utah. The Salt Lake City location is the first of four
new locations planned to open this year and the first Utah site for
Biaggi’s.
With the Salt Lake City opening, Biaggi’s will have fifteen
critically acclaimed restaurants in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana,
Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Utah and
Wisconsin, with development planned for several more. The
restaurants have built a broad base of loyal customers, earning
“best of” honors in many cities using a combination of authentic,
chef-prepared food, outstanding service, a refined yet
family-friendly atmosphere, and overall affordability.
Biaggi’s offers a wide range of genuine Italian dishes, including
pastas, veal, seafood, steaks, pizza, desserts, and an extensive
selection of Italian and American wines. The restaurants update
their menus regularly, reflecting the Company’s goal of always
having something new to offer its customers. The largest menu update
to date rolls out on May 19 and includes several new dishes:
Chicken Cannelloni
Fresh pasta filled with roasted chicken, fresh ricotta cheese and
spinach. Finished with Alfredo and a touch
of marinara sauce.
Lasagna di Mare
Pasta layered with shrimp, scallops, fillets of Cod and our lobster
cream sauce.
Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Spaghetti tossed with large shrimp sautéed in garlic and simmered in
our spicy tomato vegetable sauce.
Gnocchi
Tender spinach and ricotta dumplings and Italian cured ham tossed in
our brown butter/sage sauce.
Rigatoni Lucchese
Large tube pasta with tender slices of grilled chicken, white beans,
spinach and tomatoes tossed in a light
garlic broth.
Veal Parmesan
Tender veal cutlets lightly breaded, fried and then baked with
marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served
with spaghetti tossed in our garlic Alfredo sauce.
Tilapia
Tender and flaky fillet of tilapia seared and topped with a
lemon-caper cream sauce and served with
sautéed broccoli.
K.C. Veal Strip
Grilled 12 oz. bone-in veal strip steak served with a delicate wild
mushroom demi-glace cream and
sautéed broccoli.
Mediterranean Pizza
Red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives topped
with our blend of four cheeses.
Turkey and Avocado Sandwich
Smoked turkey and avocado sandwich with Swiss cheese, red onion,
lettuce, tomato and our special house dressing. Served warm on a
soft baguette.
Herb Crusted Salmon Salad
Fresh salmon fillet hand-cut by our Chef and seared on iron with
fresh herbs and garlic. Served over mixed
greens tossed with red onions, cherry tomatoes, capers and a lemon
vinaigrette.
