Each Biaggi’s management team is comprised of a Managing Partner, two Dining Room Managers, a Chef Partner and two Sous Chefs. A unique feature of our leadership system is our “Captains” program in which two management shifts a week, in both the kitchen and in the dining room, are led by hourly employees. The system is designed to both encourage and develop talent for promotion from within.
